Founded in 1989, the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC) is a not for profit membership organization dedicated to the professional enhancement and growth of registered nurses practicing in the specialty of legal nurse consulting and to advancing this nursing specialty. AALNC provides networking opportunities, educational advancement, professional development and supports certification through the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board (ALNCCB).

The American Association of Nurse Attorneys
Serves as a resource network and support group for nurse attorneys and educates the public on matters of nursing, health care, and the law.

The American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners
The American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP℠) is a non-profit professional nursing association founded in 1997. AANLCP℠ recognizes the Nurse Life Care Planner as the Registered Nurse who assesses the person, identifies issues, plans for appropriate interventions, implements and evaluates the plan in the Nurse Life Care Planning process. AANLCP℠ promotes education, collegiality, collaboration, research, and standards as they relate to the practice of Nurse Life Care Planning. We believe nurses should take an active role in education and the certification process and support certification through the CNLCP® Certification Board.

American Association of Occupational Health Nurses

American Nephrology Nurses' Association

American Psychiatric Nurses Association
The American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) is your resource for psychiatric mental health nursing. A professional organization with more than 8,000 members, we are committed to the specialty practice of psychiatric mental health nursing, health and wellness promotion through identification of mental health issues, prevention of mental health problems and the care and treatment of persons with psychiatric disorders. APNA was recently named as one of American Chronicle's Top 10 Industry Associations in Nursing.

California Association for Nurse Practitioners
A statewide organization for Nurse Practitioners dedicated to enhancing the profession through education and improving the health care system through involvement in legislative issues.

Case Management Society of America
An international, non-profit organization dedicated to the support and development of the profession of case management through educational forums, networking opportunities and legislative involvement.

Convenient Care Association The CCA's mission is to strengthen and advance the Convenient Care model of health care. In addition to coordinating industry activities, the CCA develops and publishes quality and safety standards for the industry. Under these standards, which all CCA Members are required to meet, patients are assured timely, accurate treatment from qualified health care professionals.

The International Association of Forensic Nurses (IAFN) is a non-profit membership organization comprised of forensic nurses working around the world and other professionals who support and compliment the work of forensic nursing.
