Welcome to My Account, the online self-service tool that NSO customers can use to perform the following transactions on their policy:
- Change your address
- Make a payment
- Request a certificate of insurance or schedule page
- Confirm your coverage
For your information, you can also use your username and password to access the NSO Marketplace.
My Account uses the latest security measures to ensure your data is secure and your privacy is protected.
If this is your first time using My Account, you'll need to register and set up a username and password. As a returning user, you can simply log-in using the username and password you created when you registered.
Note for current My Account users: If you have ever used My Account (NSO’s Virtual Customer Service Representative) and created a username and password prior to May 13, 2009, you will need to re-register and create a new username and password. This is an enhanced security feature designed to protect the privacy and security of your personal information.
