For over 30 years Nurses Service Organization (NSO) has been dedicated to educating nurses, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals about malpractice risks by providing information in many forums. So we can continue this effort, NSO is excited to announce the NEW three-part risk management continuing education series for nurse practitioners, Guide to Malpractice. We will also continue to offer our risk management continuing education program for nurses.
All NSO customers who purchase the course and pass the on-line test(s) will earn 6.0 ANCC/AACN or AANP contact hours, AND a 10% non-cumulative discount (cannot be combined with other discounts) on your full-time individual professional liability insurance policy through NSO for the next three renewal periods.*

* A 10% premium discount can be applied for the 6 contact hours received for
taking and passing the NSO risk management course, provided that the certificate
of completion is presented to NSO by mail at 159 East County Line Road, Hatboro, PA 19040
or by fax at 800-758-3635. The course must have been taken within last 12 months
in order for discount to be applied. Full-time individual NSO customers cannot
combine this discount with any other discount. This includes discounts for part-time,
new graduate, retired or leave of absence. These customers may still take the course
for CE credit, but are not eligible for the 10% premium discount.
