Summary of Coverage

  • $100,000 for loss of life, sight of both eyes, both hands, both feet, or any combination of foot, hand or sight in one eye
  • $50,000 for loss of one foot, one hand or sight in one eye

  • Spouse and dependent children are eligible to enroll
  • Common Carrier Double Benefit - up to $100,000 additional benefit
  • Seat Belt Benefit - up to $50,000 additional benefit
  • Education Benefit - up to $5,000 per year for up to 4 consecutive years
