Welcome to My Account, the online self-service tool that NSO customers can use to perform the following transactions on their policy:

  • Change your address
  • Make a payment
  • Request a certificate of insurance or schedule page
  • Confirm your coverage

For your information, you can also use your username and password  to access the NSO Marketplace.

My Account uses the latest security measures to ensure your data is secure and your privacy is protected.

First time using My Account? You'll need to register and set up a username and password. As a returning user, you can simply log in using the username and password you created when you registered. Please note that you'll need to create separate registrations for Professional Liability insurance information and Life and Health coverages.

We are making changes to the self-service features in 'My Account' for customers who have a Life, Accident or Health policy. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this change might cause and we ask that you contact one of our service associates to assist you with your payments, address changes, or other policy updates.   • Call 1-800-521-7013 to speak directly to one of NSO's client service representatives specifically trained to understand and service the needs of New York Nurse Practitioners. The contact center is open from 8:30AM to 5PM Monday - Friday.
